| Wings Egg Roll Wrappers |

| Jade Mountain Teriyaki Sauce |

| Honey |
50 ml |
| Vegetable oil |
15 ml |
| Cracked black pepper |
to taste |

| Directions: |
1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
3. In a medium bowl combine Jade Mountain Teriyaki Sauce, honey, pepper and oil until well mixed.
4. Cut egg roll wrappers into thirds. Brush with the teriyaki mixture. Turn egg roll wrappers over and brush the mixture onto the other side.
5. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
6. Bake chips for 7-15 minutes (depending on how hot your oven is), checking continuously to ensure chips do not over cook. When chips are golden, take them out of the oven and place chips on a wire rack to allow them to crisp further.
7. Serve with Tropical Pineapple Salsa (optional).
8. Ideally, serve warm. Will stay crisp in a sealed container for up to 3 days. Warm slightly to crisp before serving.
