| Ingredients: |
| Salmon filets |

| Dried tarragon |
10 mL or 2 tsp |
| Toasted, crushed fennel seed |
2 mL or 1/2 tsp |
| Fresh lemon juice |
5 mL or 1 tsp |
| Each, salt and ground black pepper |
0.5 mL or 1/8 tsp |
| Becel margarine |

| Directions: |
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly spray an 11 by 17 inch (28 by 17 cm) baking dish. Place salmon filets in baking dish and season lightly with salt and cracked black pepper. Bake until fish flakes easily (about 10 minutes per 1-inch (2.5 cm) thickness of fish filet) and internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C)
Meanwhile in a small bowl mix together Becel margarine, tarragon, fennel seed and lemon juice. Spread sauce over salmon, and serve at once.
