| Ingredients: |
| Frozen puff pastry shells, baked* |
24 (3 inch) dia |
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup |
2.5 Kg or 5 lbs |
| Wholesome Farms Milk |
1 L or 1 quart |
| Sherry |
250 mL or 1 cup |
| Paprika |
10 mL or 2 tsp |
| Wholesome Farms Large Shell Eggs |

| Surimi seafood, crab or lobster, chunk or flake style |
2 Kg or 4 lbs |
| * Substitute 48 slices of toasted white bread, diagonally cut, for puff pastry shells, if desired. |

| Directions: |
Remove tops from baked pastries; hollow out shells. Set aside.
Combine condensed soup, milk, sherry and paprika in saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium-high heat until boiling.
Whisk eggs in bowl. Add hot soup mixture to eggs, then return to saucepan. Stir in surimi seafood; cook until thickened and thoroughly hot.
Ladle 8 oz (200 g) Seafood Newburg onto each pastry shell.
