Yield: Serves 24
 
Ingredients:
Frozen puff pastry shells, baked*  24 (3 inch) dia  
Condensed cream of mushroom soup  2.5 Kg or 5 lbs 
Wholesome Farms Milk  1 L or 1 quart 
Sherry  250 mL or 1 cup 
Paprika  10 mL or 2 tsp 
Wholesome Farms Large Shell Eggs 
Surimi seafood, crab or lobster, chunk or flake style  2 Kg or 4 lbs 
* Substitute 48 slices of toasted white bread, diagonally cut, for puff pastry shells, if desired.   
 
Directions:
Remove tops from baked pastries; hollow out shells. Set aside.

Combine condensed soup, milk, sherry and paprika in saucepan.

Cook and stir over medium-high heat until boiling.

Whisk eggs in bowl. Add hot soup mixture to eggs, then return to saucepan. Stir in surimi seafood; cook until thickened and thoroughly hot.

Ladle 8 oz (200 g) Seafood Newburg onto each pastry shell.
