| Fresh tomatoes |
24 lb. |
| Sysco Imperial seasoned salt |
2 tbsp. |
| Per serving of additional, optional seasonings: |
1/4 tsp. |
| Sysco Imperial celery salt |
|
| Sysco House Recipe red pepper sauce |
|
| Sysco Imperial House Recipe |
|
| Worcestershire sauce |
|
| Sysco Imperial ground cumin |
|
| Sysco Imperial dill |
|
| Sysco Imperial chili powder |
|
| Sysco Imperial Italian seasoning and garlic |

| Directions: |
1. Use tomatoes held at room temperature until fully ripe. Core tomatoes; cut into pieces small enough to fit into a juice extractor feed tube.
2. Place tomatoes into juice extractor feed tube. Juice tomatoes according to manufacturer's directions. Transfer to a container. Stir in seasoned salt and optional seasoning, if desired. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. (Tomato pulp may be used in stock, if desired.)
