| Ingredients: |
| apple cider vinegar |
2 Tablespoons |
| Dijon mustard |
2 Tablespoons |
| honey |
1 Tablespoon |
| vegetable oil |
¼ cup |
| poppy seeds |
1 teaspoon |
| green apple, thickly grated |
1 cup |
| green & red cabbage, thinly shredded |
3 cups |
| flat leaf parsley, chopped |
½ cup |
| Chunk or Leg Style Surimi |
1-2.5 pound package |

| Directions: |
In a blender, robot coupe or with and hand mixer blend together the first 3 ingredients then slowly incorporate oil. Stir in poppy seeds then add remaining ingredients and toss gently. Serve immediately.
