Ingredients:
Rosemount All White Cooked Diced Chicken  2 Cups 
Paprika   1/2 tsp 
Diced Frozen & Thawed Avocado   2 Cups 
Garlic Powder  1/2 tsp 
Diced Fresh Ripe Avocado   1 Cup 
Onion Powder  1/2 tsp 
Fresh or Frozen Diced Mango   2 Cups 
Salt & Pepper  1/4 tsp 
Finely Minced Hot Chili Peppers (seeds removed-moderate to your taste)   1-3 
Crushed Dried Thyme  1/4 tsp 
Chopped Fresh Cilantro   1 Cup 
Cayene Pepper  1/8 tsp 
Fresh Lime Juice   1/4 cup 
Lime Zest Finely Minced 
 
Directions:
Begin preparation by seasoning the Diced Chicken with the spice mixture up to a day in advance. Gently fold the frozen avocado, minced chili pepper(s), lime juice and zest in the chicken. After thoroughly mixed add the mango and fold one more time. Just before serving add the fresh avocado and cilantro and toss delicately.
