A day in the life…

Upon arrival to your Sysco site, you’ll engage in a pre-shift huddle, focusing on priorities of the day and engaging with Sysco colleagues.

Leveraging your physical strengths, you’ll operate a pallet jack and electronic warehousing system to select orders safely and quickly, which will then be delivered to customers across the region and country.

During each shift, you’ll walk approximately 10 kilometres and handle roughly 1,500 cases – with each case weighing an average of 30 pounds..

Sysco’s culture and benefits…

With Sysco, you’ll be able to learn, challenge yourself, and collaborate with colleagues. This is the place where you can focus your passion, knowledge, and skills to make a difference.

We value who you are, what you bring to the table, and where you hope to go with your career.
