As the pandemic continues, we feel that community and our commitment to our people is more important than ever. Our customers, employees and families are spread across every province and territory in Canada, in every community large and small, urban and rural.
As part of our ongoing support to our Healthcare & Senior Living communities, we have developed a 14-Day Emergency Menu Toolkit. This menu toolkit has been developed to accommodate limited kitchen staff by using pre-prepared products and/or simple recipes with minimal ingredients. Our implementation guide contains further information on food safety best practices, infection prevention and tips for managing a labour shortage in foodservice.
